Poem | Soumya... the gentle
Soumya... the gentle
Picture curtesy: Google/Manorama newsAs Sun sets behind the towering mountains
Birds return chirping to the woods
Cascades halted water to fountains
Humans return shouting to the wars
As Humanity regains shockingly lost sheen
Pandemic withdraws the deadly claws
Cruel world begin to forget countless keen
Humans return to man-made wind-flaws
As Victims cry out for invaluable breaths
Hospices filled with limitless patients
Cemeteries overwhelm endless deaths
Humans find old ways to lose patience
As Regimes fail to read the tragedies
Justice hold blind eyes on true scenes
Health army replaced the prodigies
Gentle nurse lost her soul in war zones
As Soumya, gentle Indian sister departs
Missiles turn the skies into fire display
Divine waters carry floating body parts
Gentle nature asks us : wish more to play?
